Narcotics Task Force Busts Pair For Multiple Drug, Weapon Offenses In Washington County

A pair of suspected drug dealers operating out of a home in Washington County are facing a host of charges following a bust in Hagerstown, authorities announced.

Destinie Kisha Capers and Imeir Sirage Delaney were arrested on Tuesday following an investigation by the Washington County Narcotics Task Force during the execution of a search and seizure warrant at a home on West Washington Street on Tuesday.

According to officials, both Capers and Dlaney were stopped by investigators, where they were found to be in possession of a Flock 45 caliber handgun with a fully automatic "switch" on the rear of the slide.

During a search of the home, they recovered: 

  • Suspected fentanyl and Suboxone;
  • Glock 9mm handgun;
  • Taurus Judge 45/510 caliber revolver;
  • Glock 40 caliber handgun;
  • Multiple rounds of ammunition;
  • Drug paraphernalia.

Capers was charged with: 

  • CDS: Distribution of fentanyl;
  • CDS: Possession with intent to distribute Buprenorphine and Naloxone;
  • Four counts of firearm in commission of a felony;
  • Knowingly altering a firearm's serial number;
  • Loaded handgun in a vehicle;
  • Transport of a handgun in a vehicle;
  • Four counts of possess of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime;
  • Possess of a machine gun;
  • Use of an assault weapon/magazine;
  • Using a machine gun in the use of a crime.

Delaney was charged with:

  • Possession of a handgun under the age of 21;
  • Two counts of loaded handgun on a person;
  • Handgun on person;
  • Two counts of CDS: Possession of not cannabis (fentanyl, Buprenorphine and Naloxone);
  • Possession with intent to distribute fentanyl;
  • Four counts of se of a firearm in the commission of a felony;
  • Knowingly altering a firearm's serial number;
  • Loaded handgun in a vehicle;
  • Transport of a handgun in a vehicle;
  • Four counts of possess of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime;
  • Possession of a machine gun;
  • Use of an assault weapon/magazine;
  • Using a machine gun in the use of a crime.
